A surprise that became a domain
The cornerstone of the domain was laid in 2006, when Pierrot built a surprise summer house in Smar Jbeil for his wife Raymonde, and named it Beit Zeytoun — the olive.
Later, Pierrot collected ancient stones from an old house in Jounieh and raised a second house, Beit Sindyen — the oak.
A third house followed, Beit Baher — the sea — opening onto a full Mediterranean view. It became their masterpiece, the fruit of two decades of experience.
Having welcomed countless guests over the years, Pierrot and Raymonde decided to open the domain as a guesthouse, adding a final appendix, Beit Qamar — the moon — a decision made one full-moon night.
