1.Check-in time is after 15:00.

2. Check out time is before 12:00.

3. Guests are required to present an identification card upon check-in.

4. Breakfast is served in Beit Ba7er from 9:00 to 11:00. This is included in the price.

5. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

6. Hookah is not allowed on the premises.

7. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in public areas, unless reserved for private events.

8. Security deposit of USD 100 per room will be held at check-in and returned upon checkout.

9. Children must always be supervised in the pool.

10. Guests are kindly expected to respect other guests in the guesthouse.

11. Pool service is open from 10:00 to 20:00.

12. Towels are available for free at the pool.

13. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at the pool.

14. Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to another place is strictly forbidden.

15. The guesthouse shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the personal items of the guests.
